1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to NagaWin. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and NagaWin ("Platform", "we", "our"). These Terms govern your use of the nagawin.my website, the NagaWin mobile app, and all related services.

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the nagawin platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all provisions in these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the nagawin platform.

NagaWin reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this website. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To be eligible to use the nagawin platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• Being an individual legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• Not currently banned or restricted from using online entertainment services in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Acting in your own personal capacity and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• Not holding more than one active account on the nagawin platform at any time.

NagaWin bears no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from the use of the platform by individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria above. It is entirely the user's responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to own one (1) account only on the nagawin platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, phone number and a valid email address.
• Creating a strong, unique password for your account and keeping it confidential at all times.
• Notifying nagawin promptly of any changes to your personal information.
• Completing the Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure when requested, including submitting valid identification documents.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. NagaWin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

NagaWin supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Processing time is typically under five minutes.
• You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• NagaWin reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method at any time.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per request.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes in most cases, subject to completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your NagaWin account.
• NagaWin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals for security review or identity verification purposes.
• Any withdrawal attempt suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonus & Promotions

NagaWin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

• Each bonus has its own wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made on those bonus funds.
• The welcome bonus is eligible to be claimed once per new member and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
• NagaWin reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus without prior notice if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or system exploitation.
• Bonuses received through false information or violations of these Terms will be immediately voided along with all associated wins.

Members suspected of opening multiple accounts solely to exploit bonus offers will be banned from the platform and all balances and wins will be forfeited.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the NagaWin platform operate using a certified and independently tested Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency in every game round.

• All game results are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error verifiable by the nagawin technical team.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, NagaWin will endeavor to restore the member's account to its state prior to the disruption. NagaWin's decision in such matters is final.
• The use of automated software, bots, data mining tools, or any automation technique to play or exploit the system is strictly prohibited.
• Any form of collusion between members or game manipulation is a serious violation that will result in immediate account closure.

7 Member Conduct

NagaWin expects all members to act responsibly, honestly, and respectfully toward all parties while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using abusive, threatening, or insulting language toward our support staff or other members.
• Spreading false or misleading information about NagaWin to the public.
• Engaging in any unlawful activity including money laundering or fraud.
• Sharing or selling account credentials to third parties.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other methods to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.
• Manipulating or exploiting any technical bugs within the platform. Any bugs discovered must be reported to nagawin immediately.

NagaWin reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure and legal action, against any member who violates the above rules.

8 Data Privacy & Security

NagaWin is committed to the privacy and security of your personal information. All member data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and managed in accordance with our comprehensive Privacy Policy.

• Your personal information is collected and used solely for account management, transaction processing and identity verification (KYC) compliance purposes.
• NagaWin will not sell, transfer, or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
• You have the right to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

NagaWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account at any time and without prior notice if:

• Member has violated any provision under these Terms.
• There is suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Member failed to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the specified timeframe.
• Information provided during registration or subsequently found to be false or misleading.
• There is a legal compliance requirement or directive from the relevant authorities.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with current policy, subject to completion of any required checks.

10 Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NagaWin shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial losses incurred as a result of using the platform.
• Disruptions, delays or technical failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including network outages, natural disasters or third-party actions.
• Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Game results not disputed within the specified timeframe.

11 Terms Amendment
